1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ProTaskInnate ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ProTaskInnate is a desktop productivity widget that provides notes, calendar, and to-do functionality. The App runs on your local device and stores data locally.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
Prices are listed on our website and may change with notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
You can manage your subscription (cancel, switch plans, update payment method) through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from the App's settings menu.

5. Your Data

All content you create (events, tasks, notes) is stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend using the "Export my data" feature regularly.
We do not have access to your content and cannot recover it if lost.
Uninstalling the App may permanently delete your local data.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ProTaskInnate for personal or professional productivity purposes. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
Share your subscription credentials with others
Use the App for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

ProTaskInnate, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of ProTaskInnate. The content you create within the App belongs to you.

8. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the App available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may release updates that modify features or functionality. Updates are delivered automatically when available.

9. Limitation of Liability

ProTaskInnate is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, but your locally stored data remains on your device.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
